How it works
With "Keep aspect ratio" on, the image is scaled to fit inside the width and height you enter. If you fill only one of them, the other is calculated automatically.

How do I resize a photo to 200 × 230 pixels for a form?
Enter 200 as width and 230 as height, and turn off "Keep aspect ratio" to get exactly that size. For a better result, crop the photo close to that shape first.
Does resizing reduce the file size?
